Delivery :-
- We aim to despatch all items within 2-3 normal working days i.e. Monday - Friday
- Free Postage Offers are only applicable to UK customers.
- All items are sent by 'signed for' delivery within the UK unless stated otherwise.
- All International orders will be shipped by Airmail.
Although we try to keep stock numbers up to date, unfortunately errors can occasionally occur. In the unlikely event any chosen item is out of stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You will be notified via email of any impending delay with your order. At this stage you will have the option to cancel your order if you choose not to wait or you may choose an alternative product at the same price.

Where it would be possible to split orders over more than one package and send by RM at a lower cost, this will be offered and any difference paid refunded.

Returns:-
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you may need to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of the purchase date and return within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging and suitable for resale.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us so we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). We are not liable for the cost of the return postage.
Any refunds due will be made within two working days of an order being cancelled and the returned goods having being received by us, along with the original receipt. All refunds will be made by the same method of original payment.

Faulty Goods:
Please note the following does not not cover faults arising from poor/improper use or wear and tear.
In the case of faulty goods, a replacement will be made, if available, or a refund for any item which is damaged in the post or misdescribed, once the item has been returned in the condition it was sent out (obviously barring damaged items).
Please keep the packaging if item has been damaged as it may be required for inspection by the postal services. In this instance return postage maybe refunded at our discretion.
